A new business comes to Garden Valley. Many have been looking forward to the opening of the Garden Valley Fitness Center. After Cara gave me the grand tour, I decided that it was well worth the wait. I registered right then and there.
Folks in Garden Valley have been wishing for a gym for several years. The new Garden Valley Fitness Center has made our wishes come true , and just in time for Christmas. The facilities will include circuit equipment, free weights, and cardio. The upstairs studio room is set up for aerobics and yoga. So whether you prefer step aerobics, treadmills, ellipticals or pumping iron, this is the place for you. Registration includes a full orientation on all equipment. A personal trainer will be available for a separate fee.
Members receive a scanner card for Fitness Center access. Hours will be from 5 AM - 11 PM daily. Member child care will be open from 8 AM - 11 AM daily.
Membership Fee:
Singles - $32/month + $50 sign up fee
Couples - $51/month + $50 sign up fee
Child Care - $10/mo for up to 2 children
Discounts available for 6 month or 1 year memberships and for seniors, students and military personel.
