A VIEW OF CROUCH?
What is Crouch? Crouch is the only incorporated city in Garden Valley, Idaho. It is the hub of the community. The grocery store, library, hardware store, community center, bank, senior center, gym, Garden Valley Properties office, and many more businesses and services are located in Crouch. The annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony is held here. The 4th of July parade and fireworks are here, too. I could go on for hours. I fell in love with Crouch the first time I visited in 1980. There is even a web cam in Crouch.
Now there is land available just outside the city limits. Past the grocery store and across the bridge, just beyond the river front city park, is Brookview Lane. 
Almost 3 acres with a great well, standard septic permit, incredible views and level topography. All of these characteristics are difficult to find on one piece of property. Within the past couple of years the owner has planted over 50 trees and shrubs, including numerous varieties that love that Garden Valley zone.

Is Crouch to big for another Crouch? I might get there this summer (09). Such a long way from Minnesota. Maybe I’ll win the lottery and find some land. Very nice looking place.

Thanks for your comments. Have you ever been to Idaho? We actually have some really fun Minnesota transplants right here in Garden Valley. This is a beautiful area, with lots of recreational opportunities and a great community. It’s hard to find an area that offers the quality of life found in small town mountain living along with the close proximity to the big city. Although we have just about everything you would need here, Boise is just a one hour scenic drive.
This is one of the prettiest places I have ever been. There are two river tributaries that meander through a gorgeous valley surrounded by mountains. I came here 22 years ago. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Whether or not you win the lottery, come to Garden Valley and I’ll show you around this wonderful place.
