BE A PART OF THE GARDEN VALLEY FUTURE

Big changes are coming in Garden Valley and the City of Crouch. A new school is under construction. A new library is on the way. A title company is coming to town. New businesses are cropping up, like bookstores, gyms, and spas, plant nurseries and organic food suppliers. New service providers are making themselves known in the area.

Crouch Idaho Land for Sale

The City of Crouch is faced with a looming growth spurt. The largest obstacle to this opportunity is the lack of a municipal waste treatment facility. Now Crouch has a chance to overcome this obstacle. In any case, DEQ and Central District Health, chartered to protect ground water and river quality, are encouraging Crouch to move into the future.

What does this have to do with Friday Favorites?

One of the last remaining, 2 acre, undeveloped and unrestricted parcels within the Crouch City limits, is now available for sale. The two acres is level, has great views and City of Crouch Garden Valley Idahofronts the Middlefork Road. It doesn’t take much imagination to see the possibilities that this property has to offer.

The future of Garden Valley and the City of Crouch is undeniably bright. Hook on to a star.

Buy your own little piece of Idaho’s future for $140,000.

Don’t Miss the Garden Valley Spring Fling

Celebrate Spring in Garden Valley Idaho.

Flower Close upEach spring the Garden Valley Chamber of Commerce sponsors a Spring Fling celebration. This year will be no exception. One of my favorite events will be the Arts and Craft Fair. Held at the Crouch Community Hall, the local artisans will awe you with their talents. It’s a great place to pick up some gifts or even a treasure for yourself. Each of the local merchants will have an open house. Expect to find some great sale items. After shopping and visiting with friends and neighbors and making some new friends, relax and enjoy the live music at the Longhorn Restaurant and Saloon. Don’t forget to pick up some raffle tickets. The drawing includes Idaho Steelhead hockey tickets, Grove Hotel reservations, and Garden Valley Trail Rides.

Spring SkyBring your checkbook. Spring Fling proceeds go to the Garden Valley Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund. It’s a great way to participate in furthering the education of our youth.

Saturday April 26th

Don’t forget the Mountain Shadows Stride Fun Run/Walk will be held the same day. Proceeds go to Garden Valley Emergency Services.

Oh! just come for the whole weekend. Idaho Cabin Keepers has a nice selection of mountain cabins to choose from.
Stop by the office and say hello. I’ll be greeting visitors at the Garden Valley Properties office.

A VIEW OF CROUCH?

Lot 4 BrookviewWhat is Crouch? Crouch is the only incorporated city in Garden Valley, Idaho. It is the hub of the community. The grocery store, library, hardware store, community center, bank, senior center, gym, Garden Valley Properties office, and many more businesses and services are located in Crouch. The annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony is held here. The 4th of July parade and fireworks are here, too. I could go on for hours. I fell in love with Crouch the first time I visited in 1980. There is even a web cam in Crouch.

Now there is land available just outside the city limits. Past the grocery store and across the bridge, just beyond the river front city park, is Brookview Lane. Lot 4 Brookview northAlmost 3 acres with a great well, standard septic permit, incredible views and level topography. All of these characteristics are difficult to find on one piece of property. Within the past couple of years the owner has planted over 50 trees and shrubs, including numerous varieties that love that Garden Valley zone.

Available now for $149,000

You’ve got to be curious now! So contact me for all the details.
